W is for WEDDINGS.

Lovers in Love? Yes.

This weekend was a good one. We did some solid wedding planning.
Such as:

* Taking Engagement Pictures: So fun! And so great. I love our photographer. It was kind of chilly towards the end, but really fun still. Our videographer also came along (which was convenient since he was our photographer's dad). He filmed some footage of us and did a little interview to go on the video. I think it's all going to be awesome!

* Finding old pictures for our wedding video. VERY entertaining. Right T?

* Picking up my dress! Ahh! I was so excited. It's currently getting altered, but I can't WAIT to have it and wear it and try it on 100 times before the wedding. It makes everything even more real.

* And lastly, we did a little planning at the Springville Art Museum (where our reception will be). Figuring where everything will go and all that jazz. It made me really excited. Slash happy.

Yes my friends, we are down to 39 days! If you can believe it. Tomorrow we will be able to say "Oh we're getting married next month!" So soon. Yay!

Sorry this is all I ever blog about. It's kind of consuming my life though. In the best way possible. Oh and school does that too. Business is frequent in our neck of the woods, but it's good.
I'm happy. I'm excited. Life is good!

Have a GREAT week everyone!

Honeymoon? CHECK!

Well, we have some exciting news...

We booked our honeymoon! Yayaya! It was kind of a struggle to find the right cruise for a good price, but we found one.

On March 13th, just one day after the BIG day, we are setting sail on the Sapphire Princess Cruise ship to MEXICO. 7 Nights. Paradise. Yes, please.

{Therefore, our open house will now be moved to March 27th, 2010.}

We are just really glad to have it booked and way excited to go! We just wish it was tomorrow so we can escape this snowy weather! But we can wait and it will be fun to go when the time comes!

48 days. Yes, still counting. Woohoo!

You're exceptional. I can't wait for the rest of my life.

Dear Bryan Adams and Barbara Streisand,
Thank you for singing the song "I Finally Found Someone." I though some may think, "This song is a little cheesy", I actually LOVE it. I first heard it on a CD someone made my sister around the time of her wedding and I've loved it ever since. I think this song has become even more significant now, because the words are SO applicable as I have now found someone myself. Good work on your performance, I listen to you and sing along daily.
Kind regards,
Katie Ann Clyde

Blog friends,
49 days.
That is how many days until we get married.
Yes, I'm counting down.
And
Yes, I'm sooo excited.
I don't even know if that begins to express my feelings of getting married.
So I won't try. Just know, it's coming up and that makes me really really really really happy.
Okay,
Some favorite lyrics from the song.

"This is it. Oh I've finally found someone, someone to share my life. I finally found the one, to be with every night. 'Cause whatever I do, it's just got to be you. My life has just began, I finally found someone. "

Someone. AKA: the one. I love it. I'm so excited. I love this process of planning the wedding and soon, pictures and showers. It's all really great and happy. I'm a happy kind of girl and this makes me REALLY happy. Everyone should do it.
{Disclaimer. Don't mind the cheesy video link. The WORDS are what matters. They are.. ah. Great :)}

Have a great one friends!
With Love,
Katie Ann

Long Time, No Blog

I know it has been far too long since I've blogged
It makes me rather sad!
But things are quite crazy right now.
Spare time isn't really existent. If it is, it's used to plan wedding things or try to have some relaxing time. So I apologize that the blog will become a little bit neglected! At least until after the wedding. I will try my best though.

All I can say is, planning a wedding is fun.... but also really time consuming and never ending!
I still love it though. I will be happy to be married, but the process of getting there has been so exciting and fun. From the day Tyson and I met, to the day we are married... it's been an amazing journey I would not want to take with anyone else!
So three cheers to marriage and best friends! (And busy, busy days. Which = my life! Ah!)

Photos.

Here are some pictures from our New Year's Activities.
Enjoy!

We went ice skating with our ward on December 30th.
Had a New Year's Eve party at Tyson's Dad's Elementary School on New Year's Eve.
Went snowshoeing with some of Tyson's family on the Saturday after New Year's.

Great weekend!

Twenty Ten.

Happy 2010 to everyone! We had a great New Year's Eve. We spent the evening at Tyson's dad's elementary school playing games and snacking until we rang in the New Year! It was a lot of fun! Pictures to come. :) We also spent the rest of the weekend just hanging out, going bowling, snowshoeing and watching movies! {I guess more like Jordan and Tyson watching movies, me sleeping. And actually Tyson sleeping a lot too-- must be wearing off on him too. :)}

Also, we had a debate over the year 2010. What do you call it? Two thousand and ten? Twenty Ten? Just ten? All of the above? I think it can be called two thousand and ten or twenty ten. Just ten sounds too odd. Twenty ten is the new zero nine.

It's going to be a good year. I KNOW that for sure.

Also, YES school is starting again soon, but it's at the back of my mind as of right now.
All things wedding are on my mind lately. I'm not sure if this is exactly on Tyson's, but I know we are both getting pretty excited! Especially since this is the YEAR of the Wedding! Woot woot! Just 67 more days.

Too Excited. Can't Wait! Big smiles.
:)
